Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance Items: Items purchased during clearance sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
