Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The cost is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clearance Items: Items purchased during clearance sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
